Function that fetches the most recent onboarding status and bank account information in a suspending call.
Return
the current onboarding status and bank account information: IBAN and account holder name.
Throws
if the startOnlineOnboarding was not called
if the onboarding process was started more than 7 days ago, but was not finished yet
if the onboarding details cannot be retrieved.
if the selected bank account doesn't support required payment capabilities
if the backend cannot find the webform data needed to import the account
if the webform session has expired
if the submitted user info doesn't match the imported bank account's holder name
